The online consultation lasts about one hour and takes place at a scheduled time through a video call on WhatsApp. It is recommended for people who are far away from in-person care, in Lisbon, Portugal. It is also suitable for individuals who are already undergoing treatment with another professional but would like a second opinion or a case review. The consultation is divided into two main parts: 1st Pre-Consultation After scheduling an appointment, the patient receives a document via WhatsApp with instructions on how to prepare for the consultation: specific photos and a simple self-conducted physical examination. The photos should be sent in advance, along with recent laboratory tests and other important documents, if any. Payment (via Pix or Credit Card) is made at this stage. 2nd The Consultation During the video call, several questions are asked to the patient in order to understand their history regarding the complaint, the entire clinical case, and any other relevant information for the identification of the diagnosis. At the end of the consultation, the entire case will be explained to the patient, and the treatment will be proposed and guided. 3rd Post-Consultation The treatment follow-up takes place via WhatsApp, directly with me, and the patient has free access to ask questions during the treatment. When necessary, a follow-up appointment is scheduled to evaluate progress and adjust the treatment.

At the end of the consultation, the prescription for the treatment is sent to the patient via WhatsApp. If there is an indication of a procedure performed in a clinic, it will be indicated and guided (suggestion of frequency, intensity, substances used and time).
